User Agreement

1. General Provisions

This User Agreement (hereinafter — the "Agreement") governs the relationship between Spectral-Dynamic Systems LLC (hereinafter — the "Owner") and the user (hereinafter — the "User") in connection with the use of the website en.korovski.ru (hereinafter — the "Website").

By using the Website, the User confirms that they have read and fully accept the terms of this Agreement. If the User does not agree to these terms, they must cease using the Website.

2. Subject Matter of the Agreement

The Owner grants the User access to the Website and the informational materials published thereon regarding the Owner's products, services, and activities. Access to the Website is provided free of charge.

3. Informational Nature of Content

The materials on the Website, including product descriptions, technical specifications, prices (where indicated), and other information, are provided for reference purposes only and do not constitute a public offer (Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

Technical specifications, configuration, and delivery terms are confirmed with the Owner when placing an order. The Owner makes reasonable efforts to keep the information up to date but does not guarantee its completeness or accuracy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content published on the Website, including texts, images, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks, design, and source code, constitutes the intellectual property of the Owner or is used by the Owner on a lawful basis, and is protected by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Reproduction, copying, distribution, or other use of Website materials without the Owner's prior written consent is prohibited, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

5. User Obligations

The User agrees to:

• use the Website for lawful purposes only and not to infringe the rights of third parties;
• refrain from any actions that disrupt the operation of the Website;
• provide accurate information when completing forms on the Website.

6. Processing of Personal Data

When completing contact forms on the Website, the User provides their personal data. Such data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy. By submitting data through Website forms, the User confirms their consent to such processing.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Website and its materials are provided on an "as is" basis. The Owner shall not be liable for any losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Website, or for any decisions made by the User on the basis of information published on the Website.

The Website may contain links to third-party resources. The Owner is not responsible for the content or policies of such resources.

8. Final Provisions

The Owner reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement unilaterally. The current version is available at /user-agreement/. Continued use of the Website following any amendment constitutes the User's acceptance of the updated Agreement.
